I grew up in eastern North Carolina and I graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Design and Drafting. I have owned and managed short term rental properties in the United States and Mexico for over 20 years. I have firsthand knowledge and experience dealing with renters and all the aspects of owning and maintaining a rental property. I have designed and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in multiple properties.

In my spare time I love surfing with my husband and kids. I love to travel, and I enjoy walking on the beach. I am a beach girl! I lived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for 8 years and have recently moved back to North Carolina. I have one child enrolled in the Carteret County school system and actively participates in sports.
